One person. No committee.
nobrainr is a digital studio in Nepal. The "we" on this site is Lemon, the person who builds the software.
I'm Lemon. I build websites, web apps, school platforms, and other software for businesses — local shops and kitchens in Nepal, and clients in other countries.
I started nobrainr so that work could be hired directly. You get one developer, a scope checked before it starts, and a price that is not an agency retainer. There is no account manager and no "let me check with the team."
Work already in use includes a freight-dispatch pilot that brokers in Texas run, a food-ordering app for a cloud kitchen in Hetauda that was losing orders to phone calls, and a school system used by 12+ schools in Nepal instead of spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Those projects are on the Work page. They are still running.
I am Nepali, and the studio operates from Nepal. A client here is hiring someone who already builds for this market. A client abroad gets the same person, working across time zones, with a call when a call is the clearer way to decide something.
Updates stay short: what is done, what is next, and what we need from you. At handover you get the files we agreed on, and you own the code.
The name is the offer. You should not need a computer science degree to get software built. You bring the business problem. I do the part I already know how to build.

How we actually work.
How a project runs with a client, local or abroad. These are the defaults, not a poster.
We ship before we present.
You'll see a working version while there's still time to review the direction and give feedback. We refine the work as we go, instead of saving everything for one big reveal.
We take on work we can deliver well.
Before we start, we check the scope, timeline, and fit. If a deadline or feature isn't realistic, we'll tell you early and suggest a practical way forward.
We hand over code we're proud of.
At handover, you get the project files we agreed on, and you own the code. We keep it organized so another developer can read it.
You get useful updates without meeting overload.
We send concise updates on what's done, what's next, and where we need your input. If a conversation would be clearer, we'll arrange a focused call.
